Cancellation Policy
1. Purpose – Create a safe, inclusive space for children and elderly participants to explore emotions and creativity through art therapy. Not a substitute for professional mental health or medical care. 2. Eligibility – Children: Ages 5–16 with parental/guardian consent. Elderly: Residents of nursing homes, with accommodations for cognitive/physical needs. Hospital Patients: Children and adults in psychiatric wards. No artistic skill required; focus on self-expression. 3. Code of Conduct – Respect others’ artwork, follow guidelines, avoid harmful themes, and maintain kindness and patience. Violations may lead to facilitator intervention or removal from activities. 4. Supervision & Safety – Children must be supervised during online sessions. Elderly may need caregiver help with materials/tech. Live sessions are moderated for safety. 5. Privacy & Confidentiality – Personal details and artwork are private. Recordings of children require parental approval. Artwork is never shared without written consent. 6. Intellectual Property – Participants retain ownership of their artwork. Program use requires written permission. Materials provided are for personal use only. 7. Refunds & Cancellations – Refunds within 5 days if under 20% of content accessed. Cancelled sessions will be rescheduled or replaced. No refunds for voluntary withdrawal after the initial period. 8.
